New Menu in March!

Spring is just around the corner, and with it comes the fresh, vibrant flavors of the season. At Clementine we are thrilled to announce that our new menu, launching this March, will feature an array of locally sourced ingredients that celebrate the bounty of Harrisonburg, VA and our region.

We are proud to partner with local farmers and producers to bring you the best of what our community has to offer. This spring, we’re highlighting:

  • Smoked Trout – Sustainably sourced and delicately smoked to perfection from “Smoke In Chimneys,” this local delicacy is sourced from the spring fed waters of their hatchery in New Castle, VA.
  • Farm Fresh Eggs – Straight from nearby farms, these eggs provide unparalleled flavor and quality, making for the perfect addition to our breakfast and brunch selections.
  • Wildflower Honey – Sourced from local beekeepers, this golden nectar will enhance our desserts, dressings, and cocktails with its natural sweetness and floral notes.
